چکیده

The aim of this work was to study further the population Fulvia fulva [syn. Cladosporium fulvum, Passalora fulva] in Argentina particularly terms diversity at genetic level by means ISSR. Also, we studied polymorphisms within avr and ecp sequences, what incidentally might lead development new races. Argentinian tomato cultivars only are affected two races F. data provide here indicates that populations these under an evolutionary process. Representatives them had several coding sequences effectors, but they not constrained genes, probably because, based on field data, resistant available. Most observed genes were deletions or insertions (INDELs) single nucleotide (SNPs). Therefore, environment management practices most important factors driving evolution explain why pathogen is driven pathogenic race level.

Identification of Several Pathogenesis-Related Proteins in Tomato Leaves Inoculated with Cladosporium fulvum (syn. Fulvia fulva) as 1,3-beta-Glucanases and Chitinases.

Inoculation of tomato (Lycopersicon esculentum) leaves with Cladosporium fulvum (Cooke) (syn. Fulvia fulva [Cooke] Cif) results in a marked accumulation of several pathogenesis-related (PR) proteins in the apoplast. Two predominant PR proteins were purified from apoplastic fluid by ion exchange chromatography followed by chromatofocusing. One protein (molecular mass [M(r)] 35 kilodaltons [kD], ...

Mating-type genes and the genetic structure of a world-wide collection of the tomato pathogen Cladosporium fulvum.

Two mating-type genes, designated MAT1-1-1 and MAT1-2-1, were cloned and sequenced from the presumed asexual ascomycete Cladosporium fulvum (syn. Passalora fulva). The encoded products are highly homologous to mating-type proteins from members of the Mycosphaerellaceae, such as Mycosphaerella graminicola and Cercospora beticola. In addition, the two MAT idiomorphs of C. fulvum showed regions of...

Polymicrobial ventriculitis involving Pseudomonas fulva.

Infections due to Pseudomonas fulva remain a rare but emerging concern. A case of ventriculitis due to Enterobacter cloacae and Pseudomonas fulva following placement of an external ventricular drain is described. Similar to other reports, the organism was initially misidentified as Pseudomonas putida. The infection was successfully treated with levofloxacin.

Wide-range genetic connectivity of Coney, Cephalopholis fulva (Epinephelidae), through oceanic islands and continental Brazilian coast.

The Epinephelidae form a group of species of high biological and economical interests. It´s phylogeographic patterns are not well known especially the distributed populations in the western region of the Atlantic Ocean. Among the representatives is a small species called Cephalopholis fulva, Coney, which presents a wide geographical distribution, polychromia, hermaphroditism and is quickly beco...

Insecticides for Suppression of Nylanderia fulva

Nylanderia fulva (Mayr) is an invasive ant that is a serious pest in the southern United States. Pest control operators and homeowners are challenged to manage pest populations below acceptable thresholds. Contact and bait insecticides are key components of an Integrated Pest Management (IPM) strategy, however, little is known about their efficacy. In repellency and efficacy bioassays, N. fulva...
